Something is wrong with me

I never ever ate this much in my life. I’ve been eating like a man ever since school started. I want to say my metabolism sped up because I get hungry so quickly, even after big ass meals. It’s probably from all the work and stress from school. My family would be so proud bc they always talk about how I don’t eat enough.
