Spent all day in the lab printing my portfolio and yes, they’re super serious about “NO IOU’s.” I’m so close to getting my book done. Can’t wait!
Also, funny story. I went to Kinko’s after I left the lab to get my book guillotined. It was naturally empty with one employee since it was a Friday night. I asked to get my book cut and he asks me when I needed it by. I was confused because it was dead in there and he obviously wasn’t doing anything productive when I walked in. Still confused, I told him “preferably now?” He literally said to me, “sorry, we’re a little backed up right now.” I looked around the empty room and just walked out.
I hate Kinko’s.
